December/January update
Well here we are in 2013 and well into the cold weather. Since my last post I have been getting around to train. More training
I’m continuing to train at Shepperton in the week and this weekend there was a England training session at Bala in North Wales. Unfortunately circumstances prevented us attending. Luckily though we had the opportunity to go to Lee Valley instead – so a great Plan B. Two cold sessions there but good water………..brilliant.
